Welcome to PRINTLINE GROUP.
The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PRINTLINE GROUP.
PRINTLINE GROUP operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide custom apparel printing and embroidery services to our customers. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, colors, placement, texture, and final appearance may vary due to screen settings, fabric types, printing methods, and embroidery processes.
Because many of our products are custom-made, slight variations in color, placement, or texture are normal and do not constitute defects.
We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations beyond what is shown in the approved digital proof.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. PRINTLINE GROUP reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
Once payment is processed and a digital proof is approved, the order enters production and becomes final. Orders may not be canceled or modified after proof approval.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – CUSTOM PRODUCTS & PROOF APPROVAL
Most of our products are custom-produced, including items printed or embroidered with customer-provided logos, text, or artwork.
After checkout, customers must submit their artwork to sales@printlinegroup.com.
A digital proof will be provided for review prior to production.
By approving the proof, you confirm that:

Design, placement, colors, spelling, and sizing are correct

The artwork meets your expectations

You authorize PRINTLINE GROUP to proceed with production
Once a proof is approved:

The order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded

PRINTLINE GROUP is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof
SECTION 5 – ARTWORK OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you represent and warrant that:

You own the artwork or have legal permission to use it

The artwork does not infringe any third-party rights
PRINTLINE GROUP does not verify trademark ownership and is not responsible for copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer-provided artwork.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRINTLINE GROUP from any claims arising from the use of your submitted artwork.
SECTION 6 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include taxes, shipping, or customs fees unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. PRINTLINE GROUP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS & DEFECTS
Custom Products
Custom-made products (printed or embroidered) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins, except in cases of:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect items received

Products that do not match the approved proof
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear photo documentation.
If approved, we will reprint or replace the item at no additional cost.
SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” and PRINTLINE GROUP is not responsible for their content or functionality.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also collect and process data in accordance with its policies.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions submitted may be used by PRINTLINE GROUP for operational or promotional purposes without compensation.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, submit false information, or disrupt the operation of the Services.
SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
We may terminate access to the Services at any time. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain enforceable.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRINTLINE GROUP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRINTLINE GROUP from any claims arising from your use of the Services or submitted artwork.
SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRINTLINE GROUP is headquartered.
SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
