Returns & Exchanges Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

 


 

Custom & Personalized Items

Because most of our products are made to order or customized, personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

 


 

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team by email

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  3. Ship the item back if approved

  4. Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 


 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
