Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and produced after artwork approval.

Production typically begins after digital proof approval and takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product type, order size, and production schedule.

Large or bulk orders may require additional production time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order enters production and a tracking number once it ships.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers depending on order size and destination.

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


Delays & Carrier Issues

PRINTLINE GROUP is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events outside our control

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or other local fees

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by local authorities.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@printlinegroup.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
